Literally the best way to order food. All my favorite places at the touch of a button-final exams made easy (so I actually remember to eat while trying to study)!

Pretty easy to use and doesnt seem to have any problems or bugs. I use it at least 2 or 3 times a week.

EatStreet is a pretty great app. Where I live, there is are a variety of awesome restaurants to order from and eat street makes it easy. 5 stars

A money trap that I couldnt live without. Use it all the time!

Love using the app, great to use on new place, great for trying new items on menu, have had to reach out to customer support before and were really friendly and helpful !

Ordering my favorite food at the touch of a button. They also have a loyalty program, unlike other delivery places

Some bad moments

Listed restaurants are closed. Some have been for months. At least one for over a year. I ordered using the app. Paid using app. Sandwich Shop called me back to say they are out of all bread?? Plus they didnt have a delivery driver plus they were about to close. & no, they could not refund my money. They could deliver it to me tomorrow. I called support, they said the would refund my money. No apologies, nothing. Dont waste your time with this app.

Maybe not all their fault but ordered from a restaurant literally down the street and they never showed. But the company kept assuring me it was on its way... Meanwhile Im hungry angry and late for work

I ordered a pizza meal deal from pizza shuttle, and once my pizza was delivered the delivery girl told me how much it was and our prices didnt match up, she asked me if I had used the app to order, I said yes, and she explained that it is messed up with pizza shuttle, and it will always charge more for the delivery, and it doesnt understand the deal prices. Convenient app, but I dont want to be paying more to use it.

Just a warning for those who expect rewards to transfer from the desktop website- they dont (or at least they didnt for me).

Placed an order through yelp which was transferred through Eatstreet. Approximately one hour after placing the order received a call from the delivery service, Doorstep, telling us it would take another hour and a half. Then they had the nerve to ask me to call Eatstreet for a refund? Eatstreet now tells me it will take 2 to 5 days for the refund. Are you kidding me? What kind of a business is this?

Great for restaurants that cant afford or manage a complex website. Great for consumer cause dont have to phone. Also good that you can designate dely time.
