Horrible customer service.

Placed an order through yelp which was transferred through Eatstreet. Approximately one hour after placing the order received a call from the delivery service, Doorstep, telling us it would take another hour and a half. Then they had the nerve to ask me to call Eatstreet for a refund? Eatstreet now tells me it will take 2 to 5 days for the refund. Are you kidding me? What kind of a business is this?
